BOARD MEETING MINUTES

January 10, 2008

Team fees due tonight. If you did not bring a check, then mail your team fees to Chris Goudy. Fees are $275 for Varsity and $100 each for JV and Freshman.
Also due is money for Spring Shoot Out. Each team is expected to buy one ticket per player in program. The cost is $7 per ticket to MSLA teams. Spring Shoot Out game times are noon, 2 and a Women’s game at 4pm. Tickets will be mailed to the clubs.

Mandatory CPR training required for one coach per team. Reservations required. Call Wellbridge in Town and Country for reservations on either Feb 7, 5-9pm, Feb 9, 11:30-3:30pm or Feb 10. Or the Clayton Wellbridge for a class on Feb 21.

Important dates to remember:

Feb 9, DeSmet cafeteria, Coaches’ Rules Meeting. One coach per every team is required.

Feb 21, 7:00 pm MSLA Conference Call. Insurance forms due. Email or fax to Ren at 636 825-2182.  Remember to make MSLA, Soccer Park, Wash U. and CBC HS as additional insured.

Feb 25, Practice starts. Make sure to follow preseason practice rules.

March 8, Spring Shoot Out

March 7, 4:30-9pm and March 8, 8-noon. Jamboree, 14 teams, four games, $165, contact Ren to play.

March 10, No Swing Rosters Due

March 15, Kirkwood Freshman Tourney.  Round Robin.
