BOARD MEETING MINUTES

August 18, 2005

Meeting called to order at 7 p.m. by President, Ren Petinelli.

Fall Face Off tickets were handed out to all teams represented.  All teams were strongly encouraged to take at least 1 ticket per player (more if possible).  The team pays $5/ticket and can sell for $10 (face value) as a fundraiser.  The Face Off is Saturday, October 8, 2005.  Contact Mike Sennett for more information.

Jerry Olive, Treasurer, reported a bank balance of $8,779.69.

Minutes from the last meeting in April are available on the MSLA website, MOLAX.ORG.

Elections for the 2005/2006 year were held.  The 2004/2005 officers all agreed to serve again.  It was noted that some new individuals need to step forward as the officers will all be leaving at the end of the year.  The officers are:

Ren Petinelli—President

Doug Hejna—Vice President

Jerry Olive—Treasurer

Diane Gannon—Secretary

Next meeting to be held Thursday, Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. in room 102 at Desmet High School.

Announcements:

Dues will be due at the Jan 2006 meeting.

7 on 7 tournament weekend of Fall Face Off   -   $150/team
